Stupid Me i forgot to include Window GUI Constants to the source. :)

Due to the bug i will pull down links for CT 2.4, please do not distribute last night version and will try to release the patch one ASAP, i need though Beta testers , 3 tester for Vista , 3 for XP , 3 for Win 7 and 3 for win 8, i'll make sure to give proper credits...sorry for the delay.
